Youtubeに、好きな絵師の絵が無断転載された場合の報告手順（★著作権者じゃない人が代理で報告する手順）
2020/12/7追記：11月以降、このページで紹介していた方法ではほぼ１００％申請が通らなくなりました、理由はわかりません。
そこで新しい方法を発明しました。通称むろた方式です。
誰かのために申請したい場合は、「著作権を一時的に譲渡する契約」を結んで、代理人が「自分が著作権者です」と名乗って申請します。以下が、掛川が絵師さんたちに連絡するときの文章です。
誰かのために作業したい時は、↓のとおり、「【契約１】及び【契約２】に同意します」とひとこともらって作業して下さい。許可をもらった後の手順は、「自分の絵が転載された時の手順」と同じです。

■【無断転載動画の削除方法】掛川が作業の間だけ著作権を借りる。
無断転載されている絵を１枚お借りします。その絵を証拠として、私が著作権者と名乗り、Youtubeに動画の削除申請をします。
大体報告を上げてから１日〜数日以内に問題の動画は削除され全て解決です。（Youtubeの機嫌によってもっとかかる場合もあります）
この方法でやっていいよという方は、次の契約に同意して下さい。
【契約１】「この方法に同意した時点から、無断転載を行っている動画が削除されるまでの間、無断転載に使用されている絵・漫画の著作権のうち、Youtubeに著作権侵害報告をするのに必要なものについて、掛川港に譲渡することに同意します。問題の動画が削除された時点で、この契約は無効となります。」
２回目以降も、同じようにやっていいですよという方は、↓にも同意して下さい。
【契約２】「なお、今後私の著作物がYoutube内で無断転載されることがあれば、掛川港から私に連絡があった時点から【契約１】を有効とし、Youtubeに著作権侵害報告をすることを許可します。」
返信のなかに、「【契約１】に同意します。」または、「【契約１】及び【契約２】」に同意しますと書いて下さい。

2020年11月2日追記：担当者によって、すごい厳しいときと、ガバガバですんなり通る時とあります。
はじかれるときのYoutubeからの返信は、「著作権者から許可をもらう必要があります」と「著作物の説明が足りません」の２種類です。
「はじかれた」「返事が数日待っても来ない」場合、まずは、新しいメールを作成して、まったく同じ文章と添付ファイルで送って下さい。
違う担当者に当たってすんなり通る場合があります。
返信してはいけません。返信は反応が無茶苦茶遅いです。ほぼ無視されます。常に新しいメールを作成して下さい。
「著作物の説明が足りません」が何度もかえってくる場合→思いつく限りスクリーンショットをとりまくって添付しまくって下さい。
作者名が載っている画面も撮って下さい。
「著作権者から許可をもらう必要があります」が何度もかえってくる場合→作者にお願いして、委任状を書いてもらってください。

委任状の使い方：
まずwordファイルをjpegファイルで保存するソフトウェアをインストールする。
「Bullzip」というソフト。↓から「Click here to download」をクリックしてexeファイルをダウンロードする。

「ダウンロード」フォルダに入ったら、ダブルクリックで実行。（勝手に実行される場合もある）
次へ、次へと押していくとインストールできる。
委任状.docxを開く。
■Pixiv（https://www.pixiv.net/users/xxxxxx）
■Twitter（https://twitter.com/xxxxxxx）
の部分を、作者の情報に書き換える。Twitterがなければ空欄、Pixivがなければ空欄。
「ctrl」＋「P」を押して印刷画面へ。
プルダウンでプリンター選択するところで、「Bullzip PDF Printer」を選ぶ。
印刷を押す。
ポップアップ画面が立ち上がるので。「フォーマット」のプルダウンが「PDF」となっているところをjpegにする。
「ファイル名」のところで好きな保存先を選ぶ。
「保存」を押すと、指定の場所にjpegファイルができあがる。
できた委任状を作者に送る。
作者に送る文章：
「四角で囲んだ場所だけ記入お願いします。
ペンタブを持っている方は、ペンタブで署名欄を記入して送り返して下さい。
ペンタブ持ってない方は、一度印刷してペンで署名欄を記入して、スキャナーもしくは写真で撮って送って下さい。」

全ての作品の色使い、キャラクターの顔のバランス、線の引き方をよく観察して下さい。Observate the usage of colors, the balance of the faces of the characters, how the lines are deawn.
これらの絵・漫画は全てひとりの人物により描かれたものです。These picture and mangas are created by one artist.
古い日付の投稿もたくさんあります。There are many works in old date.
一方、犯人が大量にアップロードしている無断転載動画をよくご覧下さい。On the other hand, look at the videos of the aggresser closely using other creaters' arts without permission.
たくさんの作者によって書かれた絵をたくさんダウンロードして使っていることがわかります。You can fild this illegal account downloads and uses in his/her videos many pictures drawn by many authors.
どちらがオリジナルの作者なのかは、常識的に考えてわかります。You can say which is the original author by your common sence.
また、作者は定期的にPixivやTwitterに絵や漫画を投稿しているため、日々彼女／彼を見守る数千人のファンがいます。Also, the copyright owner constantly post her/his pictures and mangas so there are thousands of fans watching her/him everyday.
彼らに尋ねれば、「いつもの著作権者の絵」がどれなのか見分けることができます。If you ask them and they can tell you which pictures are the ones of the copyright owner's.
今回無許可で使用された絵についても、ファンに尋ねれば、ファンの全員が著作権者の絵だと証言してくれるでしょう。About the picture used without permission thistime, all the fans will testify that the picrure is drawn by the copyright owner.
PixivやTwitteのメイページは添付１に記載しています。 The mainpage of Pixiv or Twitter is shown in attachment1.
どうぞご自分でファンや作者に事実確認して下さい。JUST GO AND ASK FANS,THE AUTHOR BY YOURSELF.
